This quick & simple dip is sure to be enjoyed by all – boosting your metabolism with the chilli….serve with veggie crudities or toasted pita bread.
- Roast 1/3C sweet potato in oven at 200°C, mash when cooled.
- Combine with 1T Greek yoghurt, 1/4tsp honey, pinch of Himalayan pink salt & couple pinches of chilli until smooth.
- Serve & enjoy with veggie sticks or warm pita chips.
