Healing & Yarning Circles for Survivors of DV & Sexual Assault
Nadene and Kristy are honoured to introduce the first of what they hope will be many Healing & Yarning Circles—safe, nurturing spaces created especially for Survivors.
As a Survivor herself, Nadene knows the long journey of seeking, studying, and healing. She shares the tools and practices that helped her move from surviving to thriving, with a deep passion to make support more accessible. Along the way, she discovered the life-changing power of group work—connecting with others who have walked similar paths. At the heart of these circles is that same spirit: finding our way home to ourselves, while learning practices to carry forward on the healing journey.
What’s offered in each circle:
`~ Small groups of up to 10 women, held in a beautiful, gentle, and supportive space
~ Nourishing herbal teas & calming flower essences with Kristy Hollis – Naturopath, Herbalist, Reflexologist & Women’s Health Specialist
~ Restorative yoga & sound bath, breathwork, guided meditation, journaling, movement, ceremony & ritual with Nadene – Yoga & Breathwork Teacher, Focusing & Embodied Processing Facilitator, Somatic Therapist & Trauma-Informed Coach
