Ingredients for 2 smoothies:

  • 1/4 avocado (‘good fats’, magnesium, potassium, folate, fibre, antioxidants)
  • 1/2 banana (tryptophan, B6, potassium, fibre, magnesium)
  • 1/2tsp cinnamon (blood sugar regulation, gut supportive)
  • 1/3tsp turmeric (anti-inflammatory, immune supportive – iron, potassium, phosphorus)
  • 1Tbsp cacao powder (polyphenols, magnesium, iron, potassium, calcium, manganese, zinc, serotonin, tryptophan)
  • 1/4C oats (prebiotic, nervous system support)
  • 1-2 Tbsp Greek yoghurt (probiotics to improve gut health, calcium, magnesium, protein)
  • 1Tbsp flaxseed/LSA (magnesium, zinc, omega 3, protein)
  • handful spinach ( iron, folate, calcium, vit A, C + K1)
  • 1.5-2C water/soy/nut milk of choice
  • Honey if desired

Place oats into blender and grind until fine.

Then add remaining ingredients into blender + blend to desired consistency.

Enjoy over ice if desired.
