Naturally sweet with dates…& kinda salty from the nut spread – Salted Caramel!
Ingredients:
- 2 bananas, chopped
- handful cashews or 1-2Tbs LSA (linseed, sunflower, almond meal)
- 6-8 fresh dates, chopped
- 2C Almond or Soy milk (I like Almond/Coconut blend)
- 2Tbs ABC nut spread (Almond, Brasil, Cashew nuts)
- 2C ice cubes
Method:
- Place all ingredients into blender & whiz up until smooth.
- Divide between 2 glasses & enjoy!! 😉
