Carrot Cake Bliss Balls!

Yep….taste just like cake cake….only healthier!


  • 1C pitted dates
  • 1/2C cranberries
  • 1C almond meal or LSA (Linseed, Sunflower, Almond meal)
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1tsp nutmeg
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3C desiccated coconut


  • Soak dates in water for 10-15mins to soften. Drain & place into food processor.
  • Add cranberries, almond/LSA meal, carrot, nutmeg & cinnamon into processor with dates & process until almost smooth.
  • Chill mixture for 15-20mins before rolling tablespoons of the mixture into balls
  • Roll in coconut to coat.
  • Refrigerate till need. They can be frozen for a later date….enjoy!!
