An amazing creamy sauce which you can serve with any seafood or chicken….if you keep an eye on my Facebook page – I teamed it up with Barra & greens a few weeks ago. So simple – you probably have the ingredients in your cupboard right now?!
Melt 2-3 Tblsp butter with 2-3 cloves of garlic, handful of chopped parsley, 2 sliced shallots. Stir in an optional 1/4C white wine, plus 150ml coconut milk….season with salt & pepper. Stir continuously till sauce thickens.
Serve over seafood or chicken with some tasty greens – try asparagus, broccolini, beans, or Asian greens.
