Now these sound too good to be true?!
They are a high protein & ‘good fat’ hit where you can simply switch out the turkey for chicken or lamb if you wish??!!
I’m sure the kids will love them too!
Ingredients:
- 1 avocado cut into chunks
- 450g turkey/chicken/lamb mince….whatever suits you
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/4C quinoa flakes
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- thyme/sage/favourite herbs
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1-2 small jalapenos, chopped
Method:
- Into large bowl, mix all ingredients together till combined.
- Form into pattie size of choice.
- Grill on the BBQ or frying pan with a little coconut oil.
- Serve with tasty salad or maybe even this one….with or without a bread roll (GF).
