Now these sound too good to be true?!

They are a high protein & ‘good fat’ hit where you can simply switch out the turkey for chicken or lamb if you wish??!!

I’m sure the kids will love them too!

Ingredients:

  • 1 avocado cut into chunks
  • 450g turkey/chicken/lamb mince….whatever suits you
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/4C quinoa flakes
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • thyme/sage/favourite herbs
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1-2 small jalapenos, chopped

Method:

  1. Into large bowl, mix all ingredients together till combined.
  2. Form into pattie size of choice.
  3. Grill on the BBQ or frying pan with a little coconut oil.
  4. Serve with tasty salad or maybe even this one….with or without a bread roll (GF).
