Try this breakie alternative….mix it up with different fruits….make it dairy free with soy or nut milk alternatives if desired.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup rice flakes
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1/2 cup grated apple
- 1 tablespoon natural yoghurt
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 cup chopped mixed berries & sultanas
- 1 dessert-spoon flaked almonds & sunflower seeds, extra to top.
Method:
- Soak rice flakes, chia seeds, sunflower seeds & nuts in apple juice. Leave in fridge overnight.
- Just before serving mix through yoghurt, fresh fruit & lemon juice.
- Top with extra nuts, honey & cinnamon.
