Green Goddess Dressing…

Gotta love a nice creamy dressing…& this one has all the ingredients to tick off the “good” boxes!! Protein with yoghurt & avocado, greens to give you the minerals & lime juice to give you the zesty taste!

Ingredients

  • 100g spinach/rocket
  • ½ C Greek style yoghurt
  • 3 spring onions
  • 1 avocado
  • 1Tbsp lime juice

Put all ingredients into a food processor, & process until combined.
