Try this strawberry ginger banana smoothie is delicious, & the ginger should help ease that pesky morning sickness!
Ingredients
✔️ 2cm piece of ginger (4 grams)
✔️ 1 Banana, medium to large very ripe
✔️ 5-7 Strawberries (186 grams), large
✔️ 1/4 cup Quick oats or rolled oats (could use quinoa flakes instead for added protein, iron & magnesium source)
✔️ 1Tbsp LSA (Linseed, Sunflower, Almond meal)
✔️ 1 Cup Milk of choice (or even just water or coconut water to aid hydration)
✔️ 1/3 cup Plain Greek yoghurt
Throw all into the blender, sip chilled if you prefer.
