His Holiness the 14th Dalia Lama comes to Darwin June 22-23rd. He will be speaking in Palmerston on Saturday 22nd June between 11am -3:00pm.
The focus for the session will be secular (non religious) ethics in the everyday lives of citizens, with an emphasis on children and families. The visit will include a 30 minute address by the Dalai Lama, followed by 45 minutes of prepared questions and 15 minutes of open questions from the audience.
Prior entertainment will include a presentation and chanting from the Gyuto Monks of Tibet, the Chung Wah Society Lion Dance and a Jade Dragon Dancers performance.
