Mental health issues affect people in various ways. Depression, anxiety, stress, grief, addictions, eating disorders, bipolar, Alzheimer’s, OCD, & phobias are just a few forms of mental health issues. Many people try to keep their problems to themselves, feeling others may not be very supportve or afraid of what they might think of them. We as individuals need to actually listen to our friends & family a little closer, & watch for the warning signs that they may need our support. Don’t be afraid to ask if they R U OK??? At least the more we question how well we are, the more confident we will be to ask for help from friends & family when we need it.

Enjoy the activities this week, & remember to look out for your friends & family….& be there to help them get assistance when they need it.
