Spicy Sweet Potato Soup

So….whilst on my detox I tried a couple of new recipes to mix it up a little – gotta be tasty for me as I lurve food!!

In saucepan simmer for 20mins 750g sweet potatoes (peeled & chopped as lagre chunks) with 2 cups water/stock, plus 1tsp ground coriander, 1/2tsp raw sugar &1-2 chillies chopped.

Allow mixture to cool, then puree in blender or food processor, with 2Tbsp lime juice. Reheat to serve.

Simple but YUM!
