Try this alkalising ‘beauty’….Broccoli & Avocado Soup!!

2 cups vegie stock
1 brown onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2-3 broccoli florets
1 green or red capsicum, roughly chopped
1 celery stalk, roughly chopped
Celtic sea salt, to taste
Add cumin, fresh basil or coriander to taste, or even some chili!?
Heat the vegie stock in large pot, but don’t boil.
Add onion, garlic, capsicum, celery & broccoli to stock, & warm for several minutes.
Put warm soup into the blender, add avocado & puree until soup is creamy. Add more water if needed.
Season & flavour with herbs & spices. Serve warm.
