Ingredients:
- 500ml Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2-3 cloves garlic roughly chopped
- 2-3 onions roughly chopped
- few sprigs of fresh thyme (or 2Tbsp dried)
- 1/2 Horseradish root grated (if you can find it)
- 1/2C Raw honey (or to taste)
- x 1 orange peel
- 3-5cm ginger peeled & sliced
- 2 cinnamon sticks (if you have)
- 1/4tsp peppercorns
- 1/4tsp mustard seeds (if you have)
- 1/4 fennel seeds (if you have)
Method:
- In a large jar add all herbs & spices, & pour in vinegar, leaving a couple of centimetres from top.
- Leave to ‘brew’ for 2-4wks.
- Strain infused vinegar into clean jar, & stir in raw honey until dissolved.
- Store in fridge for up to 12mths.
Take 1Tbsp per day to support immune system…& more when needed.
You can also add to Olive Oil to use as a salad dressing.
