Try this to further Boost your Immune System & prevent Colds & Flu Viruses

Ingredients:

  • 500ml Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2-3 cloves garlicĀ  roughly chopped
  • 2-3 onions roughly chopped
  • few sprigs of fresh thyme (or 2Tbsp dried)
  • 1/2 Horseradish root grated (if you can find it)
  • 1/2C Raw honey (or to taste)
  • x 1 orange peel
  • 3-5cm ginger peeled & sliced
  • 2 cinnamon sticks (if you have)
  • 1/4tsp peppercorns
  • 1/4tsp mustard seeds (if you have)
  • 1/4 fennel seeds (if you have)

Method:

  1. In a large jar add all herbs & spices, & pour in vinegar, leaving a couple of centimetres from top.
  2. LeaveĀ  to ‘brew’ for 2-4wks.
  3. Strain infused vinegar into clean jar, & stir in raw honey until dissolved.
  4. Store in fridge for up to 12mths.

Take 1Tbsp per day to support immune system…& more when needed.

You can also add to Olive Oil to use as a salad dressing.
