Well….last month I have spoken at a special mothers group – those mums lucky enough to have multiple bubs at once?! I chatted about how to simply their time in the kitchen with some easy recipes which they all enjoyed, & how important it is to find some “me time”…..even if it is only 10mins here or there.

I also chatted to the lovely sales team at 104.9fm radio station about how stress impacts on their lives in more ways than one….& compromises the immune system. They enjoyed some simple lifestyle tips to assist & my ImmuniTea. Stay tuned to hear some radio advertising coming your way soon.

Also….my husband & I have bought a lovely tropical house in Woodroffe (yep….staying right here in Palmerston 🙂 )….which has an awesome ‘granny flat’ below which I will be converting into my clinic about mid next year. A little excited about it – so if you know of anyone looking to buy in Palmerston….we have a 3×1 with awesome pool & large entertaining area FOR SALE in Bakewell!!!!

I will be here during the Festive Season….so if you need a “top up” of energy – book in for Reflexology to reboot….or make a consultation by booking online today!!!

Hope to see YOU soon…moving towards Everlasting Health.
