The majority of modern-day products we use on our hair are full of nasty chemicals which contribute to poor hair health….& even our general health. Here’s a few healthy hair tips & kitchen remedies for you to try at home.

  • Wholegrains – calcium, magnesium, phosphorous, manganese, as well as iron, zinc & B vitamins to give you all the nutrients for healthy hair.
  • Carrots – normally thought of for eyes but the vitamin A is great for a healthy scalp.
