Wow….what a month?!

I’ve been at Gray Community Garden – Harvest Corner demonstrating juicing & healthy recipes for all to enjoy – an awesome day with an appreciative audience! Lovely to see some familiar faces there too…

I was invited to speak at the Mother’s Day dinner for Woodroffe Pre-primary mums….& had my hand painted in beautiful henna. Looking forward to meeting the lucky winner of a reflexology treatment soon. 🙂

We had our 3 Wishes Urban Mini Retreat last weekend at Palm City Resort. Here 6 lovely ladies participated in our health & wellbeing weekend where their goals were set out to be achieved using various techniques such as NLP, Flower Essences, Vision Boards; whilst enjoying some new healthy recipes & juices that they can do at home…with a bit of chill out time on my reflexology table too. And now this Sunday I will be at the Bump, Baby & Beyond Expo at the Palmerston Recreation Centre with my new creation of Organic Herbal Teas, & Flower Essence creams & sprays for mums & bubs!!

So….it has been a busy month for me – at times a little overwhelming – & treated myself to some grounding with reiki & meditation class. But I’d also like to thank my friends & family for their support & for also telling me to “STOP”….every now & then!?  Especially when I was sick – sometimes you just got to remember your own advice. LOL
