A cool, delicious soup…done in 5mins – no more excuses!!!

 Throw this all in a blender:

2 ripe Avocados, scoop out the flesh

1/2 tsp Manuka honey

3/4C unsweetened natural yoghurt

1-1 1/2C stock

1tsp Cumin

1 chopped Chilli (with or without seeds)

pinch of salt

handful fresh Coriander

 

Whiz it all up in the blender, & serve straight into a bowl –

topped with 3-4 cooked prawns!

Sooo simple & delish!!
