Well it’s that time again…… Activate NT 2013!

15th April – 7th June 2013

This a great program to get involved in……go along & sign up, & get your mini health check up (weight, measurements, height, blood pressure) before you start the challenge. Lets see if you can notice the changes at the end of the challenge – you might just make some new friends along the way too!

Activate NT is taking on the challenge to help Palmerston & rural residents try out new activities & take the steps towards a healthy lifestyle. You have the opportunity to try out different activities for 8 weeks……all for the cost of $35 adult,$30 concession or with a friend $30 ea…..an absolute bargain in my book!!!

 I have taken part in this program myself…yoga, gym access, etc…the program will be up on their website soon – stay tuned!

• Oasis Shopping Centre at 10am-2pm 6th April
• Civic Plaza Reception from 8th April – 15th April 8:15am -5pm weekdays
