Last weekend I attended the Complementary Medicine Association AGM on the Gold Coast as I was the secretary. After a lot of hard work rewriting the Constitution, Code of Ethics, discussing industry concerns & creating social media posts, the election was held. I am honoured to announce I was elected the President of the CMA!!

With the industry under pressure as education standards change, private health debates continue & natural therapies queried…I know I will have my hands full, but I feel supported by yourself & the Board members. Thank you X

On another front I have been working at growing the Men’s Corner with Alex Kaczmarek (“Kaz”) joining us who is ex-defense & available to chat about PTSD on 10th November. Please share with those who may need this assistance.

I’ve also been holding a Healthy Mumma’s High Tea for my pregnant & new mum clients….a nice space for them to come together & share their journey with each other & to welcome new bubs as they arrive.  At our first High Tea we were joined by Clancy from Empowered Birth to chat about how a Doula can assist you. This week we have Adnria from Bodywise Myotherapy to chat about pregnancy massage. I hope to see many more clients join the Healthy Mumma’s group in time.
