Well….how are you going with your Activate Program????

Me….I’ve being keeping up with my promise of trying to fit in 2-3x’s week – how about you?? The last few weeks have been interesting to say the least?! Fitbox left me sore for a few days – but definitely got the heart rate & sweat up…Yogalaties makes me realise I have muscles I didn’t know I even used…..Curves keeps be on track for doing something – even when I don’t feel like it & Champagne Fitness – well that is just a laugh, whilst being a great workout!!
