Sometimes I hear it can be all too hard to eat ‘something nutritious’ in the morning….or maybe you don’t feel like eating in the morning….but you keep hearing my voice telling you to have breakfast daily. Here’s a couple of recipes packed full of nutrients to make it that little bit quicker in the mornings.
Mango Almond Smoothie
1 mango, seeded, peeled, chopped (betacarotene, vit C)
1/2C reduced fat Greek-style yoghurt (calcium, vit D)
