Eucalyptus

I have been dragging out my essential oils lately for steam inhalations & trying to ward off the dreaded lurgies….Eucalytpus globulus is one to keep on hand. I also love my new organic tea!!!

It has antiseptic, antiviral, an expectorant & helps to break down sputum that lurks in your lungs with a chest cold.

As for a lot of essential oils – be careful using on babies & young children….& ALWAYS use a carrier oil like almond/coconut oil with only a few drops of essential oil when applying topically. Use only pure 100% essential oils.

You can use Eucalyptus essential oil in an oil burner in the general household to help protect your family….never leave unattended though.
