Time for Metamorphosis….

Avoiding spicy foods, caffeine & alcohol will also reduce flushing. Don’t forget to create some ‘me-time’ in your life. We are often juggling work & home life, caring for kids, & even being there for our ageing parents….but we need to have some b-a-l-a-n-c-e.
